| 摘 要： | 回顾性总结了经手术和病理证实的25例27侧腮腺腺淋巴瘤的二维及彩色多普勒血流显像，其声像图特征为：①内部回声极低；②低回声区被线状强回声分隔成“网格状”可伴有较大囊腔；③血供较其它良性肿瘤明显增多，血流3级占57％。本义还将各病例的声像图与病理的巨检和镜下所见逐一对照，发现二者关系密切。肿瘤内部回声的变化取决于淋巴间质含量的多少和上皮组织的分布情况，其血供多少取决于淋巴间质中血管的数量及大小。

| Abstract: | The 2D and CDFI examined 25 cases of parotidean adenolymphoma with 27 sides involved pr0ved by operation and pathology were retrospertively studied. The characteristics of the internal echo of the tumor were extremely low with either net-like or grate-like strustures or even cyst formation. The blood supply was markedly increased with grade 3 constituted 57% cases.In summary, the echo changes of the tumors depend on the amount of lymphatic tissue stroma, the epithelial distribution, the amount of blood supply and the tumor size. |
