缓蚀剂PF-Ⅰ在加重盐水钻井液中的应用

摘    要:讨论了无固相盐水体系及饱和盐水加重钻井液体系对钻杆的腐蚀问题。介绍了一种以咪唑啉生物为主的复合型缓蚀剂PF-Ⅰ。对PF-Ⅰ的缓蚀效果进行了评价。结果表明,PF-Ⅰ缓蚀剂成膜能力强,能有效地抑制盐水及加重盐水钻井液对钻具的腐蚀。

Abstract:Corrosion inhibition result of corrosion inhibitor PF-I containing imidazoline is evaluated by dynamic and static weight loss methods. The function mechanism of PF-I is analysed. Tests indicate that , as an effective film inhibitor, PF-I can inhibite the corrosion of drilling tools caused by weighted salt-water mud effectively.
