| 摘 要： | 建立测定苯哒嗪钾关键中间体氯苯哒嗪甲酯含量的高效液相色谱法.采用Kromasil C8色谱柱,以乙腈-水(体积比50:50)为流动相,检测波长274 nm,流速1.0 mL/min.方法的线性范围为30.0～70.0 mg/L(相关系数为0.9996),最低检测限为0.09 mg/L,定量限为0.3 mg/L,回收率在98.0%～100%之间,相对标准偏差为0.37%～1.56%.

| Abstract: | A method for quantitative analysis of clofencet methyl ester, a key intermediate for clofencet, was estab- lished by HPLC. Kromasil C8 column was used with UV detection at 274 nm and with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and water (50:50, by vol) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The linear range of the method was 30.0-70.0 mg/L (liner correlation coefficient 0.9996), the limit of detection was 0.09 mg/L, the limit of quantitative was 0.3 mg/L, the average recovery of clofencet methyl ester was 98.0-10... |
