深孔钻削切屑形态的研究

摘    要:通过试验研究了φ14 mm的YT15刀片BTA钻、涂层刀片BTA钻和陶瓷刀片BTA钻在不同切削参数的切屑形态和切屑容屑系数λ(λ为单位体积金属的切屑所具有的容积)对排屑的影响,试验表明,切屑容屑系数越小排屑越好,而且C形切屑的切屑容屑系数最小,对排屑最有利。

Abstract:In this paper,the effects of the chip shape and chip capacity factor(for unit volume of metal chips which have a volume) of the 14mm YT15 blade BTA drill,diamond coated blade drill and ceramic blade drill in different cutting parameters on the chip removal were studied through the examples.The results show that when the chip capacity factor is smaller,the chip removal is better.Meanwhile the chip capacity factor of C type chip is the smallest,and it is most beneficial to chip removal.
