摘    要:采用ESNA1-2012纳滤膜和ESPA1-2012反渗透膜对有机物进行了分离研究,结果表明,在纳滤/反渗透分离过程中影响有机物截留率的因素较多,其中有机物的特征参数对其截留率的影响极大;有机物的特征参数影响的是膜与有机物间排斥力的作用,而有机物相对分子质量的相对大小影响的则是膜孔机械截留作用的大小.当有机物的相对分子质量小于膜的截留分子量时,有机物的特征参数成为影响其截留率的主要因素;当有机物的相对分子质量大于膜的截留分子量时,有机物的相对分子质量与其特征参数共同成为影响其截留率的主要因素.

Abstract:The organics were separated by ESNA1-2012NF and ESPA1-2012RO membranes.The results showed that there were many factors affecting organics removal in nanofiltration and reverse osmosis separation,among them the effect of characteristic parameters of organics is great;what the characteristic parameters of organics affect is the repulsion force between the organics and membrane while what the molecular weight of the organics affects is the size exclusion of the membrane pores.When the molecule weight of organics is less than the molecular weight cut off of the membrane,the characteristic parameters become the primary factor affecting the rejection ratio;when the molecule weight of organic matter is more than the molecular weight cut off of the membrane,the molecular weight and the characteristic parameters become the primary factors affecting the rejection ratio together.
