北京市昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员活动性肺结核动态分析

目的了解北京市昌平区食品、公共场所从业人员肺结核的流行状况,为制定决策提供科学依据。方法对2006—2010年间昌平区食品、公共场所从业人员健康检查资料进行统计学分析(χ2检验)。结果 2006—2010年昌平区食品及公共场所从业人员活动性肺结核病检出率(0.002%、0.042%、0.153%、0.124%、0.228%)呈逐年上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=210.64,P0.01);该地从业人员活动性肺结核病的检出率(0.000%、0.044%、0.155%、0.048%、0.265%)与外埠从业人员活动性肺结核病的检出率(0.002%、0.041%、0.152%、0.149%、0.216%)均随年度增长呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2本地=82.08,P0.01;χ2外埠=145.99,P0.01)。结论为保证昌平区公共卫生安全,应加强食品及公共场所行业从业人员每年1次的健康检查工作,并重点做好外埠从业人员肺结核病宣教工作,确保早期及时发现肺结核患者,防止结核病的传播。

Dynamic analysis of active pulmonary tuberculosis among employees in food trades and public places in Changping district of Beijing

Objective]To study the epidemic status of pulmonary tuberculosis among employees in food trades and public places in Changping district of Beijing,provide a scientific basis for making decisions.Methods]The health examination data of employees in food trades and public places in Changping district from 2006 to 2010 were analyzed statistically(χ2 test).Results]During 2006-2010,the detection rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis of employees in food trades and public places in Changping district increased year by year(0.002%,0.042%,0.153%,0.124% and 0.228%),and the difference was significant(χ2=210.64,P<0.01).The detection rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis among local employees(0.000%,0.044%,0.155%,0.048% and 0.265%) and migrant employees(0.002%,0.041%,0.152%,0.149% and 0.216%) increased year by year,and the differences were significant(local employees χ2=82.08,P<0.01;migrant employees χ2=145.99,P<0.01).Conclusion]In order to ensure the public health security in Changping district,the annual health examination among employees in food trades and public places should be strengthened,the education of pulmonary tuberculosis should be improved among migrant employees,so as to early detect the tuberculosis patients and control the spread of tuberculosis.
