铝酸钠溶液比热性质回归方程的研究

摘    要:铝酸钠溶液是氧化铝生产中重要的中间产物,铝酸钠溶液的比热性质的研究具有重要的理论和应用意义。本文通过建立回归正交实验模型,得到铝酸钠溶液的比热与溶液中氧化钠浓度、氧化铝浓度、温度的回归方程。回归方程的显著性检验表明:氧化钠的浓度对铝酸钠溶液的比热影响较大;氧化铝的浓度的影响次之;温度的影响最小。在实验范围内回归方程计算值与实验测量值进行比较,偏差较小,说明该方程有较高的精密度,可以很好地应用于氧化铝生产的理论研究和实践中。

Abstract:Sodium aluminate solutions are very important intermediate products in aluminium metallurgy.It is important for the theory and practice to study on the specific heat of pure synthetic sodium aluminate solutions. A method is proposed to quantify the influence of each of the primary variables (aluminum oxide, caustic concentration and temperature) on the solution specific heat and provide convenient correlations for practical use. According to the principle of the perpendicular recursive experimental design, a mathematical model, which describes the relationship between the concentration of sodium aluminate solutions;as well as the temperature and its specific heat is established. The principle of the method and the procession are presented.A significant caustic effect on the specific heat is shown,the influence of the other primary variables ranging from strong to gentle.When all the other variables are constant,increase of caustic concentration leads to a significant decrease in the specific heat. Increase of aluminum oxide concentration leads to result decreased gentl.The effect of temperature is little.
