三相高功率因数整流器的研究现状及展望

摘    要:介绍了三相高功率因数整流器的几种主要拓扑--三相单开关功率因数校正电路、三相/三开关/三电平PWM(VIENNA)整流器、三相全桥功率因数校正电路等,特别地关注三相/三开关/三电平PWM(VIEN-NA)整流器,并对每种拓扑的特性、优点及其不足进行了分析,通过比较研究指出了三相PFC的发展趋势.

Abstract:This paper review some topologies used recently, mainly including three-phase single-switch rectifier, three-phase/switch/level PWM (VIENNA) rectifier and three-phase full-bridge rectifier. The paper pays more attention to VIENNA rectifier. It also gives characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of every topology. By comparing VIENNA rectifier with three-phase full-bridge rectifier the paper points out the development tendency of three-phase high power-factor rectifier.
