高频焊管超声探伤曲面探头K值与入射点位置的测定

摘    要:采用曲面探头对高频焊管焊缝进行超声探伤,通常采用人工修磨探头方法,劳动强度大,效率低,且探头K值与入射点位置不易确定,缺陷定位误差较大,直接影响超声检测结果。针对这种情况,提出了两种测量曲面探头K值和入射点位置的方法,给出了简洁明了的计算公式,可有效解决高频焊管超声探伤时对仪器定标调节以及对缺陷的定位问题,在探伤工作开始前可较容易且精确地对探伤系统进行时基线校准定标。实际应用结果表明,该方法可提高高频焊管超声探伤的缺陷检出效率和可靠性。

Abstract:Adopting the curved probe to conduct ultrasonic testing for HFW pipe, it usually use artificial grinding probe method, the intensity of labor is high, the efficiency is low, and the probe K value and the incident point location is not easy to determine, defect positioning error is bigger, all the above directly affect the ultrasonic testing results. For this kind of situation, it put forward two kinds of measuring curved probe K value and the incident point location method, gave clear and concise calculation formula, which can effectively solve instrument calibration adjustment and defects positioning during HFW pipe ultrasonic testing. Before the start of the detection work, it can easily and accurately calibrate the baseline for detecting system. Practical application results indicated that this method can improve the defects detection efficiency and reliability for high frequency welded pipe.
