转炉尘泥综合利用实验研究及应用

摘    要:采用压团中温固结的新方法将转炉尘泥制作成团块状化渣剂用于转炉冶炼生产,对转炉尘泥的处理与综合利用具有重要意义。研究中首先进行了多种尘泥球团制作方法的对比实验,从中寻求了一种最适宜的球团工艺,然后通过系统实验确定了最佳工艺参数;在实验的基础上,通过自主设计建成了新的转炉尘泥化渣剂球团生产线;最后在生产中,调整工艺参数以提高尘泥球团的强度,满足炼钢生产要求;并在炼钢生产中得出了适宜的尘泥球团的添加及应用技术,使尘泥球团最终在安钢炼钢过程中得到了非常成功的应用。

Abstract:A new method to treat with converter residue was investigated, i.e. converter residue were first made as a pellet slagging agent by adopting briquetting and roasting in a medium temperature, and then were applied to smelting in converter, which is very significant for transaction and comprehensive utilization of converter residue. In this research a best feasible technics was found by firstly carried through much experiment to compare a variety of briquetting methods, and then optimum parameters corresponding were determined by systematically testing. On the base of experiments, a new plant to process converter residue was set up by design ourselves. Finally in practice, correlative technological parameters were adjusted to improve intensity of pellet that was made of converter residue to meet the need of steel-making. In addition, during steel-making in converter, a set of technology about application of residue pellet was summarized, which was successfully applied to production in Angang.
