| 摘 要： | 基于平均截割阻力模型,采用有效的仿真算法,匹配截割电机额定转矩,反推出煤岩阻抗强度和滚筒的整体受力情况。同时,在此基础上基于Matlab环境,开发了一套滚筒载荷仿真分析软件,并应用该软件对煤机MG710,MG500等不同机型进行了仿真计算。

| Abstract: | The drum load simulation of mineral shearer has been analyzed in this paper in detail. A new calculation method of coal cutter load is given, which can estimated both the loads of drum cutter and coal resistance rigidity based on the rated power of drum motor effectively. The load simulation result is reliable. Meanwhile, the related applied software is developed successfully in Matlab and used in drum load analysis of the MG710,MG500 etc.. |
