239例儿童EB病毒感染的临床分析

目的了解小儿EB病毒感染的临床表现及多系统损害情况,以提高早期诊断水平。方法对经酶联免疫吸附法测定为EBV-VCA-IgM阳性的239例EB病毒感染患儿的临床表现、诊断及预后进行回顾性分析。结果症状主要有:发热97.1%、咽峡炎84.9%、淋巴结肿大84.9%、睑结膜充血76.2%、咳嗽53.1%,肝、脾肿大、皮疹等;感染可累及全身各个系统,但以呼吸道最多见,其次为循环系统、血液系统等。结论小儿EB病毒感染症状复杂多样,可累及多系统,预后较好,EBV-VCA-IgM检测有助于早期诊断并减少误诊率。

A clinical analysis of 239 infants with EB virus infection

Object To investigate manifestation and multple system damage of infants infected by EB virus so as to highten early diagnosis level.Method The clinical manifestation,diagnosis and prognosis of 239 infants with positive EBV-VCA-IgM examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) were analysed retrospectively.Result The chief symptoms of infants infected by EB virus were: fever(97.1%),angina(84.9%),lymphadenectasis(84.9%),conjunctival congestion(76.2%),cough(53.1%), hepatosplenomegaly and rash etc;almost all systems of the body can be affected,but respiratory infection was the most common,and the next was circulation system and hematological system.Conclusion The symptoms of infants infected by EB virus are complex and diverse,and many systems can be affected,the prognosis of EB virus infection is usually well,detection of EBV-VCA-IgM can early diagnose the disease and decrease misdiagnosis rate.
