| 摘 要： | 提出了采用四象限探测器来检测机器设备中主从动轴的轴线共轴性，并在此基础上形成了整个检测了系统的设计思想，确定了系统的工作原理，建立了系统的数学模型。借助计算机的模拟表明这种方法是可行的。与传统的机械接触式百分表检测法相比较，它具有可靠性、精确性、准确性高的优点。

| Abstract: | This paper proposes an optoelectric method that uses a four quadrant detector to detect whether the two big axes have the property of common axis.On the basis of this method,the design idea is formed,the working principle is determined and the mathematical model of the whole system is designed.The computer simulation is showing that this method is feasible.Compared with the conventional me chanical dial gauge method,this method has the advantages of high reliability,precision and accuracy. |
