红花黄色素的综合提取

摘    要:目的研究红花黄色素的较佳提取工艺。方法采用回流法通过各单因素及进一步的正交实验,对红花中的有效成分黄色素进行了综合提取。结果黄色素较佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶14,浸泡时间30 min,提取时间20 min。结论该方法简便、准确,适合红花黄色素的大规模提取。

Abstract:Objective To select the optimum extracting method of safflor yellow from Carthamus tinctorius L.Methods By using backflow extraction based on single factor and orthogonal experiment to study the comprehensive extraction of safflor yellow.Results The optimum extracting procedure was as follows :the solvent was water and the material was 1:14,the soaking time was 30 min;the backflow extract time was 20 min.Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,and is suitable for the extraction and determination of safflor yellow.
