| Abstract: | The development of the study on β-glucosidase(EC3.2.1.2) from Aspergillus niger in the some aspects is introduced systematically,such as enzymolysis property、enzymology character、catalysis mechanism,active site,biological function and technology of its application,and the application of the enzyme in the future is discussed. |
