管壳式换热器的计算机辅助布管研究

摘    要:对管壳式换热器设计过程中布管管数确定、局部布管图绘制两个问题进行了研究。基于严密数学推导的管板布管数精确解析关系式,用VisualC 可视化编程技术开发了布管管数计算模块,能在将布管情况直接展示给用户的同时生成布管图;局部布管的绘制则利用ObjectARX参数化绘图技术在AutoCAD环境下开发,适用于各种长方形与圆交集区域的布管。使用证明,采用计算机辅助手段能快速、准确、灵活地进行管壳式换热器的布管设计。

Abstract:This paper attempts to research the determination of tube-hole quantity and local drawing of tube-hole on the tube-sheet of tube-heat-exchanger. Based on the exact mathematical formula from strict derivation, this paper develops software modules using Visual C to determine the tube-hole quantity, which can illustrate the condition of tube-hole distribution as well as the preview drawing to the user directly. The software module of local tube-hole distribution drawing is developed by parametric drawing technology using ObjectARX SDK to draw automatically under the environment of AutoCAD. It has been proven by practical usage that, taking full advantage of the advanced CAD measures, the tube-sheet design can be accomplished rapidly, exactly and smartly.
