益生菌在维持治疗溃疡性结肠炎中的疗效观察

目的：探讨益生菌在溃疡性结肠炎维持治疗中的作用。方法：将58例溃疡性结肠炎缓解期患者随机分为观察组（益生菌联合美沙拉嗪）和对照组（美沙拉嗪）,观察两组溃疡性结肠炎复发率及在0、6、12个月疾病活动指数、内镜和病理评分。结果：两组在0、6、12个月溃疡性结肠炎复发率、Sourtherland疾病活动指数、内镜和病理评分比较均无明显统计学意义,P〉0.05。结论：益生菌作为溃疡性结肠炎维持治疗与美沙拉嗪在临床随访1年中具有相同的预防复发的效果,合并使用益生菌和美沙拉嗪作为溃疡性结肠炎维持治疗是没有必要的。

Effects of Probiotics as Maintenance Therapy in Ulcerative Colitis
