舒适护理在腰椎间盘突出病人护理中的应用

目的探讨舒适护理在腰椎间盘突出病人护理中的应用，使腰椎间盘突出病人更积极地、乐观地、舒适地接受治疗。方法对2006年1月-2007年12月在我科住院的182例腰椎间盘突出病人（实验组）实施舒适护理；2005年7—12月在我科诊治的56例腰椎间盘突出病人（对照组）实施常规护理。所有病人出院前进行自行设计的问卷调查，比较两组病人的舒适度、满意度和对治疗、护理的依从性。结果实验组患者均有生理和心理方面的改善，病人的舒适度为95．8％，满意度为96．2％，治疗、护理依从性达到94．5％；对照组病人舒适度为62．0％，满意度为71．5％，治疗护理依从性为78．0％。两组比较，（P〈0．05），差异有显著性意义。结论舒适护理模式在腰椎间盘突出病人护理中的应用可以改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的不适症状，减轻病痛，提高患者的治愈率和生活质量，同时提高了护理服务质量，体现了以人为本的护理内涵。

Effects of comfortable nursing on patients with lumbar disc protrusion

Objective To evaluate the effects of comfortable nursing on patients with lumbar disc protrusion.Methods 182 cases of hospitalized patients with lumbar disc protrusion from January 2006 to December 2007 were received comfortable nursing.The directional measures were taken to solve the problems of inadaptation,psychology,pain,sleeping,eatin,limited activities,treatment and social adaptation and so on.Results The patients' physiological and the psychological problems had improved evidently,and the degree of comfort was 95.8%,and patients' healing rate and the life quality incred.Conclusion Comfortable nursing pattern may improve the symptoms of patients with lumbar disc protrusion,reduces the ailment and increase the patients' cure rate and life quality.
