| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卵泡刺激素受体（FSHR）、还氧化酶-2（COX-2）在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中的表达及相互关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测35例卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中FSHR、COX-2的表达水平，并同时选取25例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤以及25例正常卵巢组织作为对照，分析FSHR、COX-2的表达在9口巢恶性肿瘤中的临床意义。结果FSHR在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中的表达水平显著高于在良性上皮性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织中的表达（均P〈0．05），COX-2在9口巢恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达水平显著高于正常卵巢组织（P〈0．05），FSHR与COX-2两者的表达呈显著正相关（r=0．692，P〈0．05）。结论卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中FSHR与COX-2的表达有相关性，选择性应用COX-2抑制剂，进而阻断卵泡刺激素（FSH）的作用，有希望成为治疗卵巢癌的新方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of FSHR and COX-2 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods The expression of FSHR and COX-2 was detected by immunohistochemical method in 35 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer, 25 cases of benign ovarian tumors and 25 cases of normal ovary tissue. Results FSHR expression in epithelial ovarian cancer were higher than that in normal ovarian tissue and benign ovarian tumors（ P〈0.05 ）. COX-2 expression in epithelial ovarian cancer was higher than that in normal ovary tissues （P〈0.05）. expressions of FSHR and COX-2 in epithelial ovarian cancer were correlated with each other （r=0.692, P〈0.05）. Conclusion COX-2 expression is correlated with FSHR in epithelial ovarian cancer, and COX-2 inhibitor would be the novel agent to block FSHR for treatment of ovarian cancer. |
