| 摘 要： | 本文综述核事故应急干预代价利益分析中辐射危害代价的评估，重点介绍了α因子的确定以及在代价利益分析中考虑个人剂量分布的方法。本文在辐射危害代价的评估中引入了个人剂量评价函数的概念，描述个人剂量分布的影响，并提出了核事故应急干预代价利益分析的改进模型。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the evaluation of radiation detriment cost in cost-benefitanalysis for intervention in nuclear emergency. In particular,the determination of the a factoras well as the methods for considering the distribution of individual doses are emphaticallypresented.A concept of the evaluation function of individual dose is introduced to take intoaccount the impact of distribution of individual doses,Based on this, an improved model toconduct cost-benefit analysis for intervention in nuclear emergency is proposed in the paper. |
