| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种全新的行政调度二合一汇接方案。该方案利用企事业单位现有的行政交换机,通过E1数字中继接口路由交换到汇接调度机统一调度,从而实现行政调度功能合二为一。主要结论为:与传统的方案相比,该方案大幅度节省了业主单位行政调度改造的设备投资,且大大增强了调度安全性和灵活性。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a new combo tandem administrative scheduling program. The program utilizes existing administrative switches used in enterprises and institutions, and unitedly schedules through the E1 digital trunk interface to route and switch to the tandem scheduling machine, so as to achieve administrative scheduling functions into one.
