肾移植患者术后并发巨细胞病毒感染性肺炎的治疗体会

目的 探讨肾移植患者术后并发巨细胞病毒(cytomegalovirus,CMV)感染性肺炎临床疗效.方法 对我院16例肾移植术后并发CMV感染性肺炎患者的临床表现及疗效进行回顾性分析总结.结果 本组经治疗后,14例治愈,2例死亡,其中7例经普通鼻导管吸氧缺氧症状改善,4例经用无创呼吸机加压吸氧才明显改善缺氧症状,3例需气管插管呼吸机通气症状改善.结论 CMV感染性肺炎起病急病情重,早诊断、尽早采用综合治疗措施,是成功治疗CMV感染性肺炎的关键.

Treatment of the patients with cytomegalovirus pneumonia after kidney transplantation

Objective to explore the clinical curative effect and clinical manifestation of cytomegalovirus(CMV) pneumonia after kidney transplantation.Methods the treatment and clinical curative effect of 16 cases of patients of CMV pneumonia after kidney transplantation conducted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and summed-up.Results Among 16 cases,14 cases were cured effectively,2 cases died.Among 14 cured cases,there were 7 cases with their hypoxia symptoms improved by oxygen inhalation with common nasal catheter,4 cases by the pressurized oxygen inhalation with no trauma breathing machine,and the other 3 by the combined use of tracheal intubations and breathing machine ventilation.Conclusions The onset of CMV pneumonia after kidney transplantation is acute with occurrence of severe diseased conditions.Therefore,early correct diagnosis and early adopting of comprehensive clinical measures for cytomegalovirus(CMV) pneumonia after kidney transplantation is the key to success.
