摘    要:乏气送粉锅炉的煤粉浓度在线监测一直是工程上的技术难题。通过一次风气流与煤粉颗粒混合前后的能量分析,确立了乏气送粉锅炉一次风煤粉浓度的测量方法,用于某1000t/h锅炉,成功实现了乏气送粉锅炉煤粉浓度的在线监测。

Abstract:On-line monitoring of pulverized coal concentration of boilers with exhaust pneumatic convey system has always been a technical difficult problem in coal-fired power plant.The paper establishes a measuring method of pulverized coal concentration in primary air through energy analysis of mixing process of primary air flow and pulverized coal particles.The application of the method on a1000t/h boiler is also presented.
