| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒的疗效。方法：收集29例一氧化碳中毒患者,对高压氧治疗前后的脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）异常率进行统计学比较。结果：高压氧治疗前后BAEP的总异常率、Ⅰ波与Ⅴ波异常率、Ⅰ～Ⅴ峰间期异常率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：急性一氧化碳中毒患者经高压氧治疗后,BAEP异常率降低,高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒有效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods： 29 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning patients were collected,and the abnormal rate of BAEP before and after hyperbaric oxygen treatment were compared.Results： Before and after hyperbaric oxygen treatment,there were significant differences in the total abnormal rate of BAEP,abnormality rate of wave Ⅰ or Ⅴ and the peak betweenⅠ-Ⅴ（P0.01）.Conclusion： The BAEP abnormal rate decreases when patients are treated with hyperbaric oxygen,hyperbaric oxygen therapy is effective for carbon monoxide poisoning. |
