我国高血压流行病学及老年高血压防治

高血压病是严重危害人类健康最常见的疾病之一,是全世界范围内的重大公共卫生问题。研究表明通过健康干预等措施能有效地控制血压,减少心脑血管疾病的发生,可以提高高血压患者的生活能力及生活质量,减少医疗费用。由于高血压病呈群体分布,发病率及发病人数较多,单纯依靠医院很难有效地控制高血压。因此,切实有效的办法是社区防治和干预。我国高血压防治工作取得了一定效果,但也暴露了一些问题。社区卫生工作者应加强社区老年人群高血压病调查,同时完善老年高血压的防治。
