多囊卵巢综合征患者子宫内膜容受性特征性指标的研究进展

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是引起育龄妇女不孕常见的妇科内分泌疾病,诱发排卵后容易出现低妊娠率、高流产率。胚胎着床成功与否与子宫内膜容受性密切相关,子宫内膜容受性的评价指标有很多,目前应用较广泛的是各种超声参数、激素及分子生物学指标和基因标记。超声可以简便有效地预测内膜容受性,但是争议比较大。激素及分子生物学指标是从分子生物学方面阐明影响内膜容受性的重要因素,具有独特的临床应用价值。基因标记则使内膜容受性的研究进入一个新的更广阔的领域,现就上述各种指标预测PCOS患者的内膜容受性进行综述。
