心力衰竭动物模型简述

心力衰竭为慢性进行性疾病,是多种心血管疾病发展的最终病症。现主要介绍用于心力衰竭研究的疾病动物模型,包括戊巴比妥钠静脉注射法、阿霉素法、冠状动脉结扎法、腹主动脉缩窄法、心室快速起搏法。另外,介绍结合中医理论的病症结合动物模型,主要有心气虚症心力衰竭动物模型、气虚血瘀症慢性心力衰竭动物模型、阳虚衰症心力衰竭动物模型、阳虚水停症慢性心力衰竭动物模型。

Brief Introduction of the Animal Model for Heart Failure
