基于总线技术的柔性加工系统控制设计

摘    要:采用PROFIBUS-DP单主站的网络配置模式实现了柔性加工系统的控制系统设计.在该控制系统中,以S7—300的PLC作为DP主站,以ET-200M作为分散式DP从站,建立了总线配置方案.利用STEP7软件完成了控制系统的硬件组态和软件设计.

Abstract:The control system of flexible manufacturing system is designed as a single master station mode of PROFIBUS-DP in this paper. In this system, S7-300 PLC is used as DP-MASTER and ET- 200 is used as dispersive DP-SLAVER. Both hardware configuration and software design are realized in STEPT.
