摘    要:以全固态离子选择性电极为工作电极,活性炭电极为对电极,搭建了一个基于脉冲计时电流法的两电极体系离子检测系统。使用不同的离子选择性工作电极,施加连续脉冲电压信号,通过采集响应电流,可实现待测溶液中相应离子的定量检测。将其应用于pH,钙离子与氯离子的检测,结果表明,该检测系统具有精确度高、选择性好等优点,相比于传统电位分析方法,不易受电荷积累的影响。加之采用全固态两电极体系,使检测系统易于维护及小型化,在水质的实时在线监测中具有较好的应用前景。

Ion-selective Detection of Cations and Anions by Using Pulsed Amperometric Two-electrode system
Abstract:A pulse amperometric two-electrode ion detection system has been developed by using a solid contact ion-selective working electrode and an active carbon counter electrode. By applying pulse amerometric potential, current responses related to the concentration of the primary ions can be obtained for quantification. pH value, Ca and Cl ions have been detected by using corresponding ion-selective electrode. It can be seen that, this detection system demonstrates good sensitivity and selectivity and are found to be less sensitive to electrical interferences compared to potentiometric ISE sensors. Moreover, with the advantages of maintenance-free and easy to miniaturization, this ion detection system turns out promising on water property monitoring in domestic applications.
