润滑油优化调合系统的开发与应用

摘    要:在介绍润滑油调合工艺的基础上,采用全局优化控制的思想,构建了润滑油调合控制系统.系统搭建了先进控制平台,在该平台上对调合过程进行优化,并对罐区进行管理,从而对底层的控制实施指导.目前该系统已成功应用于某石化企业润滑油调合装置技术改造项目.

Abstract:Based on introducing the process of lubricating oil blending,constructed the control system of lubricating oil blending by using the concept of global optimization control.With an advanced control station,it can calculate the values or optimize the process of lubricating oil blending,as well as managing the producing arrangement.The optimized result provides overall direction for the control layer.As a result,this control system has successfully been put into service in a petrochemical plant.
