教育创新三问

“创新”是古今中外都普遍存在的社会变革现象，在当代知识经济社会表现得更加突出和迫切。“创新型人才”是当代社会的客观要求，但并非完全是依靠教育培养出来的，而是时代和社会的双重造化，是个体潜能的深层激活。“教育创新”只能做它能够做的，难以做它不能做的；教育承载着太多的不能承载之重，教育需要“减负”。

On Three Questions About Educational Creation

"Creation" is a widespread social reform phenomenon at home and abroad in the past and contemporarily.This is more outstanding and urgent in the contemporary knowledge-based economy society. As the objective demand of the current society, the growth and development of "the creative talent" does not completely depend on education, but on the joint effect of both time and society, demanding an individual's invigoration of deep potential. "Education creation" can only do what it is able to do, and is hard to do what is out of its reach; education is loaded with too much responsibilities that are beyond its capability, so education is to be deprived of heavy burden.
