摘    要:目的:研究辛伐他汀对肾性高血压大鼠血压抑制及对其抗心肌肥厚的作用。方法:大鼠被随机分成3组:假手术组、模型组(双肾双颊)和治疗组(双肾双夹+辛伐他汀)。治疗组于模型制备后第3周予以辛伐他汀2m∥(kg·d)通过饮水给药,其他两组自由饮水。给药连续3个月后各组进行心功能各项指标的测定。结果:模型组颈动脉舒张压、收缩压、平均压、左心室重/体重,左右心室重量比分别比假手术组增加61.56%、39.93%、38.25%、61.64%和46.02%(各组P〈0.05)。辛伐他汀组的颈动脉舒张压、平均压、左心室重/体重和左右心室重量比分别比模型组减少11%、10.33%、11.53%和12.49%(各组P〈0.05)。结论:辛伐他汀可部分抑制肾性高血压大鼠的血压及心肌肥厚。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of simvastatin (SIM) on blood pressure and myocardial hypertrophy in rats with renovaseular hypertension. Methods:Rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham operation group, model group (bilateral ligation ) and treatment group (bilateral ligation plus simvastatin treatment). 2 mg/( kg ~ d) Simvastatin was administered through drinking water in the treatment group beginning from the 3rd week after modeling, the other two groups were allowed free access to water. The diastolic blood pressure (DP) , systolic blood pressure (SP) , mean arterial pressure (MAP) , left veutricular weight (LVW) / body weight (BW), left ventricular weight (LVW)/ right ventrieular weight (RVW) of each group were measured after 3-month SIM treatment. Results: DP, SP, MAP, LVW/BW, and LVW/RVW increased by 61. 56% , 39.93%, 38.25% , 61.64% and 46.02% ( P 〈 0.05 ) , respectively, in the model group compared with the sham operation group, and decreased by 11% , 10.33% , 11.53% and 12.49% (P 〈0.05) , respectively, in the SIM group compared with the model group. Conclusion: Simvastatin may partially suppress the blood pressure and cardiac hypertrophy in rats with renovascular hypertension.
