某金矿充填系统优化改造

摘    要:利用某金矿现有场地及设备设施,通过合理规划施工方案,优化施工顺序,将原有卧式充填站优化改造为立式充填站,解决了原来充填站设备陈旧、工艺落后、充填料浆质量没有保障及采充不平衡等问题。充填系统优化改造后,取得了以下方面的显著效果:(1)新充填站储砂量大,造浆效果好,使得金矿生产能力得到明显提升;(2)系统自动化程度高,操作简单,减少了劳动力;(3)新系统运行稳定,设备操作可控,静动态计量准确,料浆浓度稳定;(4)充填成本明显降低,提高了企业经济效益。实践运行证实,该充填系统改造投资少,见效好,值得同类矿山借鉴。

Abstract:Applying the existing venues as well as facilities,by reasonable planning,construction scheme and optimization of construction sequence,the original horizontal filling station was optimized to be the type of vertical filling station.With this improvement and modification,various issues and disadvantages such as the outdated equipment of original filling station,backward technology,no guarantee for the quality of the filling pulp as well as mining-filling imbalance were solved.After modification of the filling system optimization, the achieved significant results are summarized as follows:(1)a new filling station presented advantage of big sand reserves,good mud making effect,thus gold production capacity was greatly improved;(2)the optimized system was a high degree of automation,simple operation and less laborious;(3)the new system also showed running stability,controllable operation,accurate static and dynamic measurement,stable slurry concentration;(4)the cost of filling was significantly reduced and economic efficiency of enterprises was improved.Practice operation demonstrated that the filling system needs less investment with good benefits.Therefore,it provides a valuable reference and experience for similar mines.
