苗药观音草渗漉提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:优化观音草总皂苷的渗漉提取条件。方法:采用正交试验法,以提取液中总皂苷的含量为考察指标。结果:试验设计3因素中渗漉速度有明显影响,最佳的提取工艺为:10倍量50%乙醇,0.6 mL/min的渗漉速度。结论:本法提取总皂苷得率高,经济、可行。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize Reineckia carnea(Andr.)Kunth total saponins extraction conditions of permeability capsules.Methods: using orthogonal test method,to extract the content of total saponins investigation of index.Results: the test design,3 factors of permeability capsules have obvious influence on the speed,the best extraction technology for: 10 times the amount 50% ethanol,0.6 mL/min capsules of permeability velocity.Conclusion: this law total saponins extraction yield,high economic and feasible.
