| 摘 要： | 阿昔洛韦为广谱高效一线抗病毒药，但因其水溶解度小，普通片剂崩解慢，生物利用度低。我们采用水分散技术研制了阿昔洛韦分散片，崩解快，药物溶出扩散速度因其微粒分散度高的增加而提高，从而保证了它的吸收与利用。

| Abstract: | Acicloric is a forefront high effective agent having a broad spectrum of antiviral activity.Its common tablets decompose slowly and have low bioavailability for its small water solubility.We study and manufacture acieloric dispersible tablets which have a quick decomposion by water distribution method.The rate of dissolution and diffusion of drug also be improved as increasing of distribution in particle size.Therefore,it guarantees the adsorption and utilization of drugs. |
