| 摘 要： | 常用的食品内衬包装材料中多采用邻苯二甲酸二辛酯作为它的增塑剂，但其存在一定的毒性．对食品塑料内衬中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯进行了高压液相色谱(HPLC)分析，意在向国内食品卫生立法机关、食品卫生管理机构或食品生产厂家提供一种检测方法，防止食品受到污染，保障人体健康．

| Abstract: | People often use dioctyl phthalate as plasticizer in food wrapper, but it is poisonous. Now there have been a few inspection ways of plasticizer.The HPLC analysis way of dioctyl phthalate in food wrapper is studied, in order to offer an inspection way for the Food Sanitation Legislature, the Food Sanitation Administering Institution or food factories, to avoid polluting food and ensure people healthy. |
