摘    要:以宝钢N2炼钢煤气冷却高压水回流系统节能改造及自动回流装置性能检测系统为研究对象,通过对高压水循环控制系统的自动回流阀组动态特性分析证明,该装置将流量感应、止回、旁路控制及多级降压等控制功能集于一体,使复杂的旁通回流系统得到合理简化,且调节平缓,有效保证泵的正常工作流程,避免了大流量空排,达到了节能与安全运行。经高压供水系统动态特性分析及多项节能改造的应用实践证明,阀组完全达到了设计和现场运行工艺流程所要求的各项技术和经济性能指标。
