回转管电炉和四管还原炉的技术改进

摘    要:介绍了近年来在制作回转管炉、四管还原炉的技术进步;通过对回转管炉的密封系统、筑炉材质、传动部份等改进,使回转管炉能适用生产高质量的多种蓝色氧化钨,通过对四管炉炉体结构和控温系统的改进,克服了原四管炉炉管温度分布不均匀的弊端,为生产优质钨粉奠定了基础。

Abstract:Technical improvement of making rotary tube furnace,tetrode reduction furnace in recent years is described. Rotary tubefurnace can be available to preduce various high quality blue tungsten oxide by improving the sealing systen, furnaceanstructing material,transmission of rotary tube furnace. The disadvantage of non-homogeneous temperature distribution oforiginal tetrode furnace tube was overcome by improving the furnace censtruction and temperature control system of tetrodefurnace.
