摘    要:研究环境条件影响下的电站直接空冷系统流动传热特性,对于提高空冷机组运行水平具有重要意义。该文针对600 MW直接空冷机组空冷凝汽器的典型结构,建立了带有空气导流装置的凝汽器单元内冷却空气三维流动传热过程的物理数学模型。基于这一模型,利用CFD 模拟获得了凝汽器单元内冷却空气流场和温度场,进而研究了不同环境因素影响下加装空气导流装置后凝汽器单元内空气流动传热特性的变化规律。研究表明:在平台下部四周加导流装置能有效削弱环境横向风的不利影响,提高冷却空气流量,改善空冷单元的传热状况。

Abstract:It is of great interest to study the influences of ambient conditions on the flow and heat transfer of cooling air in direct air-cooled system for improving the operation performance of air-cooled unit in power plant. Based on the typical structure of the air-cooled condenser of 600 MW unit, the three-dimensional physical and mathematical models for the flow and heat transfer of the cooling air in an air-cooled condenser cell with flow guiding device were established. The velocity and temperature fields of the cooling air in the condenser cell were obtained by CFD simulation. The influence of the flow guiding device upon the flow and heat transfer of the cooling air was analyzed at different ambient conditions. The results show that the adverse effects of the ambient cross wind decrease and the flow rate of the cooling air increases, thus the heat transfer of the condenser cell is improved by installing the flow guiding device on four sides of the condenser cell.
