基于TMS320F2812的航空发动机转速信号采集研究

摘    要:介绍了基于DSP的航空发动机转速控制系统原理。根据航空发动机转速测量原理以及电子控制器TMS320F2812的需要,设计了转速传感器信号调理电路,使用一款最新的电路设计及仿真软件Altium Designer6进行了原理图仿真,验证了调理电路的功能。同时设计了一种新的频率采集方法,使用TMS320F2812的事件管理模块进行频率信号采集,在测量频率范围很宽时都能够达到很高的精度。

Abstract:The principle of aero-engine rotating speed control system based on DSP is introduced.According to the measuring principle of aero-engine rotating speed sensor and the demand of the digital electronic control system based on TMS320F2812,a rotating speed sensor modulation circuit is designed,then the simulation of the circuit is performed by an advanced circuit design and simulation software Altium Designer 6,and the function of the modulation circuit is validated.On the other hand,a new method of frequency acquisition is proposed,the EV module of TMS320F2812 is used to implement the frequent signal data acquisition,and the accuracy is very high when the input signal frequency range is wide.
