小麦黄化苗转绿过程中生理生化指标的动态变化

摘    要:研究小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)黄化苗转绿过程中叶片内脯氨酸、可溶性糖、蛋白质、叶绿素、丙二醛含量的变化和SOD、POD、CAT活性的动态变化.结果表明:在见光初期,黄化苗的所有生理生化指标均低于对照,可溶性糖和叶绿素含量在见光后明显上升,脯氨酸、丙二醛含量和CAT活性等指标先升高后降低,再表现出不同的变化趋势,蛋白质含量以及POD、SOD活性等指标则先降低后升高,再表现出不同的变化趋势.

Abstract:The dynamic changes of different contents of proline, dissoluble sugar,protein,chlorophyl,MDA and different activities of SOD,POD,CAT during the greening of wheat etiolated seedlings were studied.It showed that in the early stages of exposing to light,all of the wheat etiolated seedlings' physiological and biochemical indexes are lower than comparison.The different contents of dissoluble sugar and chlorophyl rose obviously when exposing to light.The different contents of proline,MDA and activity of CAT rose first,then went down,at last,had different change tendencies.The content of protein and different activities of POD,SOD went down first,then rose,at last,had different change tendencies.
