医学院校非医学背景教师的医学知识学习

摘    要:综合医学是未来医学的发展趋势.为实现医学教育思想和医学人才培养模式的更新,医学院校非医学背景教师有必要学习一定的医学知识.这样便于了解医学对象,更好地为医学服务;便于结合医学知识进行学科教学,使学生更扎实地掌握、运用专业知识;便于创建医学院校非医学课程特色,在边缘学科有所作为,也能得到学生更多的认同和尊重.要达到这一目的,必须转变思想观念,采用多种学习方式相结合,并建立医学院校非医学背景教师医学知识学习的长效机制.

Abstract:Integrative medicine is developing trend in the future. To realize medicine updating of education ideology and talent training mode, it is necessary to learn certain iatrical knowledge for the teacher who do not have this background. In this way,it will be easier to study iatrical object and better to service it, carry through subject education with iatrical combination. Meanwhile, students can master and exert the knowledge well, medical college can set up characteristic of non- iatrical subject, in which non-iatrical teachers can work out achievement in non-specialty field and get more recognizing and respect from students. To achieve this goal, non-iatrical teachers should adopt various studying methods and set up long term efficiency system of medical knowledge studying.
