摘    要:介绍了立体传质塔盘新技术在齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂 1 4 0 0kt a加氢裂化装置的应用情况。将脱硫系统低分气脱硫塔 (C - 60 1 )的 2 0层浮阀型塔盘全部更换为高效立体传质塔盘之后 ,C - 60 1气相实际操作范围为 2 0 0 0~ 1 1 80 0m3 h(标准体积 ) ,脱硫塔出口气相的硫化氢含量小于 1 0× 1 0 - 6 ,证明高效立体传质塔盘新技术在齐鲁分公司的首次应用是成功的。

Abstract:Presents the application of new technology-combined trapezoid spray tray in 1 400kt/a hydrocracking plant of Shengli Refinery of Qilu Branch Co., SINOPEC. After the 20-layer valve trays of the lower air trap desulfurizer C-601 were all replaced with combined trapezoid spray tray, the actual gas phase operating range(under standard state) of C-601 is 2 000~11 800m 3/h, H 2S content in the exit gas phase from the desulfurizer is lower than 10×10 -6 , which proves that the first application of high efficient combined trapezoid spray tray is successful in Qilu Branch Co., SINOPEC.
