摘    要:从水位差大小、集中时段、可利用水位差下的水库蓄水状况,分析了月亮泡水库和嫩江相应断面的汛期水位的统计规律,探讨了利用月亮泡水库实现部分嫩江洪水资源化的可能性,以及利用低水头泵站和对哈尔金闸闸门进行双向过水改造,以提高洪水资源利用效率,并利用2003年的引洪实践结果进行了论证分析。

Abstract:The Moon-bubble reservoir is a big one in lower reaches of the Nenjiang River.To resolve the contradiction between the shortage of region water resources and the abundance of passing water in Nenjiang River,it is investigated to transfer flood water from Nenjiang River to the reservoir.For this purpose,this paper studies the water level difference between inside and outside of the Moon-bubble reservoir in terms of water head,gathering time,water level in the reservoir,sluice situation,etc.The results show that the water can automatically flow into the reservoir in the 22% of days in flood season and can be pumped into the reservoir by a low waterhead pumping station in the 48% of time.Therefore,in order to realize the utilization of flood water of Nenjiang River effectively,a low waterhead pumping station and a bigger bi-directional water gate are suggested.The feasibility is also demonstrated by the example of flood water utilization in 2003.
