| 摘 要： | 对已有语言信息的评估标度进行了分析,指出了它们的不足,提出了一种实用的语言信息评估新标度.利用语言评估新标度、以及语言加权平均(LWA)算子和语言混合集成(LHA)算子,对江苏省企业技术创新管理进行评估.理论分析和数值结果表明:该法不仅简洁可行,而且不丢失任何决策信息.
