热油管道温降及土壤温度场数值模拟

摘    要:优化管道建设和制定科学合理的热油输送工艺,需要准确预测埋地热油管道运行过程中管内油品温降和土壤温度场变化情况。提高预测的准确性,在计算过程中要充分考虑管外环境和管内油品温度等多种因素的影响。用有限元法对不同埋深的热油管道输送过程中管内油品温降和土壤温度场进行了数值计算,得出了不同埋深管道在不同时刻管内油品温度变化和管道周围土壤温度的分布情况。通过对计算结果分析表明,管道埋深、输油时间等对管内油品温度变化有很大影响,优化管道建设和制定科学合理的热油输送工艺要充分考虑其影响。
