| 摘 要： | 中国实现现代化所选择的是一条“和平崛起的发展道路”,即中国特色社会主义建设道路。能源发展战略须遵循这条道路指引的方向,适应和保证现代化建设目标的实现。本文从中国能源资源、环境和能源发展现状及问题出发,根据世界能源发展趋势,借鉴发达国家经验,提出中国在和平崛起道路下能源发展的战略框架,包括能源发展总战略,能源开发战略,能源节约战略,能源贸易战略和能源环保战略等。

| Abstract: | The road for China to choose to realize mordernization is"a development road of peaceful rise",i.e.China's characteristic socialism construction road.The energy development strategy should abide by the(orientation) this road points out and adapt and guarantee the realization of modernization construction goal.From China's(energy) resources and environment as well as energy development status and problems,in the light of world energy development trends,using developed countries'experience for reference,it puts forward energy development(strategy) framework for China on peaceful rise road,including general strategy for energy development,energy(development) strategy,energy saving strategy,energy trade strategy and energy environmental protection strategy etc. |
