镁合金温变形后的组织与性能

摘    要:研究了镁合金(Mg-3Al-lZn)铸棒在不同变形温度和变形程度下的组织演变过程和再结晶行为,并对不同变形条件下试样进行拉伸试验。结果表明:通过挤压变形及动态再结晶,可以显著的细化镁合金的晶粒,其晶粒尺寸可由铸态的约100μm减少到5μm;随变形温度的升高,合金的抗拉强度下降,到一定温度后,趋于稳定;在相同的变形程度下,随着变形温度的升高,晶粒有长大的趋势。

Abstract:The structure evolution and recrystallization behavior of magnesium alloy (Mg - 3Al - lZn) deformed at different strains and temperatures were studied, the stretch properties were tested. The results indicate that the grain of magnesium alloy as cast will be fined by extruding deformation and dynamic recrystallization, the grain size decreases from about 100μm to 5μm. At the same time, the tensile strength of alloy will descend with the deformation temperature increasing, this trend is tending towards stability at the certain temperature. At the same deformation degree, the grain will grow up with the deformation temperature rising.
