| 摘 要： | 目的:建立科学合理的评价指标体系,对医院软实力进行测量.方法:通过文献边界分析法确定医院软实力的测量要素；运用德尔菲法,经过2轮专家咨询,对评价指标进行筛选；运用层次分析法和专家咨询法确定指标体系的权重.结果:指标体系由5个一级指标,14个二级指标和65个三级指标构成,管理能力是核心指标.结论:构建的指标体系既可以对医院内部软实力进行纵向评价,也可以在医院之间进行横向评价.
