重度颅脑损伤患者早期合理营养支持治疗60例的体会

目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者早期营养支持的方法及合理性。方法 观察组60例重型颅脑损伤患者实施早期肠外营养及肠内营养支持,对照组56例同类患者采用传统的营养支持治疗,观察血糖、白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数。结果观察组7、14 d的血浆白蛋白、血糖控制程度及外周血淋巴细胞总数未出现明显异常。结论重型颅脑损伤后进行早期合理营养支持对改善预后有重要的临床价值。

The Experience of early reasonable nutrition support 60 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury elow

Objective To study the method and rationality of early nutrition support of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were put early parenteral nutrition and enteral nutrition into practice,the control group of 56 cases were treated by traditional nutritional support.To observe the blood sugar,albumin and the lymphocyte counts.Results The plasma albumin、blood sugar and counts of lymphocyte in peripheral blood with observation group of 7 days and 14 days did not appear obviously abnormal.Conclusions Early implementation of reasonable nutrition support on the prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral injury has important clinical value.
